In accordance with the energy buy-back agreement, Energia Polska issues an invoice for energy buy-back on your behalf. After the invoice is issued, you will receive it for review and approval by e-mail to the address you provided in the agreement.
The invoice for consumption contains only data on the energy consumed.
Information on the energy delivered to the grid is included in the invoice for energy repurchase. We issue such an invoice in accordance with the terms included in the energy repurchase agreement, i.e. after the end of the quarter, after settlements have been made.
We send the invoice by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated in the repurchase agreement.
Customers with a photovoltaic micro-installation are settled in quarterly cycles, i.e. after each completed quarter, based on data received from the Distribution Operator, we settle the surplus energy and then issue an invoice for the buyback.
To sign a buy-back agreement, you must have an energy collection agreement signed with Energia Polska Sp. z o. o.
The buy-back agreement applies only to business customers.
After installing the micro-installation, please contact us by e-mail at: oze@energiapolska.com.pl. Our RES Department will prepare a buy-back offer and all necessary documents for you.
After installing the photovoltaic installation, the Client can use the energy produced in the micro-installation on an ongoing basis.
Settlement based on the buy-back agreement is hourly, which means that when the installation is operating, the Client uses the energy produced.
During the hours when the installation does not produce or the amount of electricity produced is not sufficient for their own needs – the client collects energy from their seller, which is Energia Polska Sp. z o.o. Based on this consumption, we issue invoices for energy consumption.
Any surplus of produced energy that the Client does not use – is bought back by Energia Polska.
After the end of the quarter, Energia Polska issues an invoice on behalf of the Client for the surplus electricity produced in the last quarter bought back from the Client.
We do not offer such an agreement. We offer our Clients the purchase of surplus energy produced in a micro-installation without the possibility of storing it.
The 60/100 offer means a constant proportion between the price at which you purchase electricity for your own needs and the price at which we buy back the surplus electricity produced by you. This means that we will always buy from you energy (100% of your surplus energy) at a price covering 60% of the price you pay when consuming energy from the grid.
Thus, you receive favorable business conditions, despite changes in energy prices on the market.
If you are a producer in a microinstallation, after the end of the settlement period, you will receive an invoice issued in your name from us via email, containing all the data (including information about the quantity and price of the sold energy).
However, if you are a producer and do not use the self-billing service, after the end of the settlement period, you will receive email notification about the quantity of the surplus.
Surplus energy is the amount of produced energy that was not used in each subsequent hour and was introduced into the grid.
No, in our company, we handle the billing for the energy consumed and produced by you. However, the installation of a bidirectional meter and the process are carried by the local Distribution System Operator.
At least 30 days before the planned commissioning of the microinstallation, contact your local Distribution System Operator (DSO) to complete all necessary formalities related to it. In the next step, get in touch with us to conclude an agreement for the purchase.
Yes, to prepare an individual offer for you, please send us a message to oze@energiapolska.com.pl and specify your generating source, installation capacity, installation startup date/planned agreement conclusion date. In the response message, you will receive an offer tailored to your needs.
It is an installation for generating electricity from renewable energy sources (RES), whose total installed capacity does not exceed 50 kW.
The conditions enabling contract termination are directly derived from its clauses, most often found in section 6 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Contract. The installation of a photovoltaic system does not entitle you to terminate the contract without costs.
